GMM: So tell us a bit about yourself:

I’m Cynthia and I’m an accountant in Denver, CO. I’m originally from El Passo, TX and my measurements are 32-26-36. Five words to describe me? Intelligent, passionate, hilarious, relentless and optimistic. I’m a Libra and like most Libra’s I’m a bit indecisive. I would say my best asset is my brain followed by my legs. Others compliment me on my eyes.

Tell us about your modeling career?

I broke up with a long time boyfriend and needed to fill my time. On shoot turned into a hobby then into a side profession. I’m presently signed with NXT | Model agency in Denver, CO. The thing I love most about modeling? When you received the finished product. It is like Christmas every single time you get your photos back. I love to shoot Editorial, Fashion and Glamour

Do you enjoy the constant attention and adoration that comes with being a glamour model?

I wouldn’t say I get constant attention like that

Where do you want your career to be in two years?

I hope to be signed and living in L.A.

What are some of your hidden talents other than modeling?

I am also do make up on the side, I’m an avid runner, great with numbers, and I’d like to believe that I’m a great shower and car singer haha

Take us through your getting ready to model routine?

I generally set three hours aside before the shoot to get ready, I shower, Prep my hair, face and wardrobe. I like to have as fresh of a look as possible!

What is the best info you can give a new model?

Market yourself! Social Media has created a lot easier ways to market yourself. And dont be shy about it like I was for so many years.

As a model, what would you say has been your biggest obstacle?

The market. I live in Colorado and the market here doesn’t have a huge demand for women who look like me. I often find myself going to different states to model because my look IS in demand there.

If you had to walk way from modeling today, what memory would you take from it?

I would have to say memories and friendships. Some of my photographers and I have had the best conversations which often develop to some really good friendships!

If you did walk away, how would you like to be remembered?

That model that made the photographers job easy 🙂

What, if anything, did we leave out that you want your fans to know?

Never give up! Every “No” is closer to a yes! Success stories often include failure a couple times along the way! This can be applied to anything in life.
