Kristin Dalziel is perfection! If you haven’t had a chance to say a quite thanks to the person who invented squats, now is your chance. Kristin is not only a featured model for Glamour Model Magazine, but she will also soon be sharing some personal training and healthy eating tips and tricks.
My name is Kristin (Kris) Dalziel and I’m from Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. I’m a Personal Trainer/Performer and model. My measurements are 33-24-34. I’m a Sagittarius and like most Sagittarius’ I am most definitely your typical thrill-seeking, adventurer of a Sagittarian! I’m also incredibly outgoing and driven. If I had to pick five words to describe me, they would be: Fun, adventurous, spontaneous, strong, driven. The best body part? I’ve always liked my collarbone! I think it has a very feminine but strong sexiness to it. However, others compliment me most on my eyes, stomach and butt!
Tell us about your modeling career?
A local photographer asked if i’d ever considered modeling. Not long after we shot together. As far as Agency representation goes, I’m proudly self represented! The thing I love most about modeling is getting to explore the many sides of myself- whether it be fun, sexy, bold or sassy- someone new always seems to emerge.
What is the funniest thing to happen to you on a shoot?
I would definitely say using cookies as pasties on set. Thus the “cook ini” was born!
What are the top three things you like to shoot?
Lingerie/glamour, art creatives, pin-up
Do you enjoy the constant attention and adoration that comes with being a glamour model?
I definitely think it’s good for the ego. That being said, I model because I love it, not for anyone else.
Where do you want your career to be in two years?
A house hold name, multiple covers under my belt, established as a fitness coach and traveling all the time for shoots!
What are some of your hidden talents other than modeling?
I play multiple instruments including piano, violin, trumpet and bass. I’m also and accomplished dancer, singer and actor.
Take us through your getting ready to model routine?
A good cardio workout and a glass of wine before bed, shower in the morning, protein shake for breakfast (maybe a quick ab workout) then in to hair and makeup I go!
What is the best info you can give a new model?
Don’t be afraid to say what your limits as a model are.
As a model, what would you say has been your biggest obstacle?
Definitely self love. There are so many beautiful women in this industry. What people like to see is totally subjective to each individual viewer. I have to remind myself that I do this because I love this and not everyone will find me beautiful. That’s scary but also exciting.
If you had to walk way from modeling today, what memory would you take from it?
That people believed in me, despite the fact that I don’t fit a certain mold.
If you did walk away, how would you like to be remembered?
My diverse look and ability.
