Allow us to present you the beautiful, hot, sexy, model Kayla Swift from Sacramento, CA photographed by Michael Meltser.

GMM: So tell us a bit about yourself:

I’m a model from Sacramento, CA. I started off modeling makeup for my step-mom, and just fell in love with the idea of expressing myself in front of the camera. My measurements are 34/25.5/36 and I’m proud of my curves. I’m a Scorpio so I have an intelligent, seductive and mysterious energy. I’m creative, enthusiastic and optimistic. I get the most compliments on my eyes and I love to use them to tell a story.

Tell us about your modeling career?

As mentioned previously, I began by modeling makeup. It progressed into modeling all different genres including fashion, wedding, lingerie, beauty and dance. I love shooting in all styles, but I do find that I’m most comfortable when I’m in lingerie because I’m simply just being myself. There’s not really a character attached to lingerie shoots because that’s who I am naturally. It’s easy for me to be sexy.

Where do you want your career to be in two years?

In two years, I’m hoping to be represented by an agency. I want to travel all over the US and the world and get the most out of this experience as I can.

What are some of your hidden talents other than modeling?

I dance ballet and can do pointe work. I also have a masters degree in Government so I’m a sexy supernerd 🙂

Take us through your getting ready to model routine?

The days of my photo shoots are always very calm. I save my energy for the main event. My prep really begins in hair and makeup. I envision the character I’m about to play and think of ways that I can relate to that character through my past experiences. Modeling is an emotional experience for me, and I try my best to tell a story through the camera. I center myself, focus, and then transform.

What is the best info you can give a new model?

Be reliable. Be respectful. Be humble. Always bring something new to every shoot. Don’t expect a photographer to create magic. Be the magic that inspires them.

As a model, what would you say has been your biggest obstacle?

I would say my body type. I am not a size 0 and I never will be. I have curves and I’m proud of it. Over time, I have learned how to use my shape to my advantage… but I had to grow a thick skin during that process.

If you had to walk way form modeling today, what memory would you take from it?

I would take away all of the wonderful, creative and quirky people I’ve met in this industry. Some of them are now my best friends! I would also take away the fact that I’ve really gotten to know myself and become comfortable with who I am.

If you did walk away, how would you like to be remembered?

I would like to be remembered for my enthusiasm, creativity and my passion

What, if anything, did we leave out that you want your fans to know?

I found the photographer for this feature through his work in several fashion magazines. Never be afraid to pursue other talented individuals and work with them. Michael has an incredible eye, killer posing techniques and a warm personality. I want to thank him so much for his work with me and for believing in me. I also want to thank the magazine and my fans as well 🙂
